Refund and Returns Policy

At Auraqo, we take immense pride in our exquisite craftsmanship, from our intricately detailed traditional Rajasthani Meenakari & Kundan collections to our minimalist Anti-Tarnish everyday jewelry. Every piece is meticulously inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our high standards of luxury and quality.

However, we understand that sometimes an item may not perfectly match your expectations. We are here to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible.

1. Overview & Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The jewelry piece must be unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • It must be kept in its original luxury packaging (including boxes, pouches, and tags) to ensure safety during transit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain strict hygiene standards and the exclusivity of our artisanal designs, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces.

  • Items purchased during seasonal sales, promotional offers, or using special discount codes.

  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged due to transit. Because our jewelry features delicate enameling, stone-settings, and materials, we require mandatory proof to process these requests.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim an exchange for a damaged piece, you must record a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment you open the shipping package.

  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same design to be sent to you.

4. Refunds Process

Once your returned item is safely received at our studio and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (NetBanking, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing cycles.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it often takes some backend processing time before a refund is officially posted. 5. Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please contact our support team first. We will provide you with the return shipping address of our studio.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Safe Transit: Since jewelry consists of valuable and delicate items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost by the courier service.
